This agreement contains the entire understanding between Honeypod Photography and the client (hereafter referred to as “the CLIENT”).  It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties.  The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties.  If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement that does not mean that any other provision is also waived.  The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have the waiver in writing.

Cancellations

If your child/ren is/are feeling ill please call or email to reschedule. Please give as much notice as possible but notification less than 6 hours may result in the loss of your session fee. Your session will need to be rescheduled within the following 2 months.

It is understood that it is the clients responsibility to inform Honeypod by email for any date or location changes at least 2 days in advance.

Session Times

Sessions are held weekdays 9am to 7pm. Weekends by prior arrangement only and are subject to availability of the photographer.

Travel

A travel fee of $50 is payable for any travel greater than 80kms from Sydney CBD.

Payment Options

Cash, direct deposit or credit card (Mastercard and Visa) are accepted.

SESSION FEE

The client agrees to pay Honeypod Photography the session fee as invoiced.  The session fee secures the booking date and time.

LIABILITY

It is client’s responsibility to take care of children; Honeypod Photography will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo and/or video session.

EXHIBITION

Requests for photographic images to be used by Honeypod Photography may be made at a future time.  The CLIENT grants Honeypod Photography permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Honeypod Photography’s work and for entrance into photographic competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.

MODEL RELEASE

The CLIENT hereby grants Honeypod Photography the right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, social media and advertising.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the unlikely event that the photographers are injured or becomes too ill to photograph, Honeypod Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer.  If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package. Honeypod Photography takes care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs.  However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Honey Pod Photography control, Honey Pod Photography’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package. 

LOCATION & ACCESS FEES

If the CLIENT wants to do a session at a location that charges for access, the CLIENT will be responsible to cover fees associated with shooting there.

ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS

Honeypod photography welcomes extended family and pets (up to 12 people). In the event that the CLIENT wants to add additional family members (in addition to the 12) in their shoot, they will be charged $50 per person to add them into the session.

IMAGE GALLERY

The CLIENT acknowledges that Honeypod Photography will select the best images and/or footage from the photography and/or videography session to edit.

All edited images will be delivered to the CLIENT in a digital gallery.

COMPLETION SCHEDULE

Editing takes approximately two to four weeks but may take longer.
